The Health Imaging Division of Eastman Kodak Company provides industry-leading products for the capture, processing, viewing, printing and storing of images for diagnostic and non-diagnostic applications.

RMS completely rehauled the recruiting program at Kodak's Oakdale facility, from the development of new recruiting strategies to the hiring and training of new engineers (see testimonial at right). Our onsite presence and knowledge of the Kodak business allowed RMS to assist other Kodak locations (Dallas and Rochester) in identifying qualified candidates.

The partnership between Eastman Kodak Company's Health Imaging employment function and Recruiting Management Solutions (RMS) has given us the opportunity to enhance both the strategic and tactical activities for our Oakdale facility. The RMS Team not only filled multiple positions but created value by documenting our process, training our recruiting teams, building out our orientation program and assisting in creating our diversity recruiting program.
